Self-Accupressure: Upper Body

Learn easy self-pressure point techniques to benefit the arms, hands, neck, head shoulders, upper back as well as your whole body.  We will apply gentle techniques using small balls and our hands to access points that promote relaxation, decrease pain and stiffness and hydrate the tissues.  Please wear comfortable clothes.  This is a 30 minute class and the cost is $10.00 with optional purchase of a massage ball.
