MELT away pain and stress while you learn techniques to benefit your feet, lower legs and spine as well as your whole body. In this self-care class, we use small balls and other simple techniques to relieve stress, improve circulation, decrease pain and promote over-all relaxation and well-being. The class will last 30 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing. We will be working on the feet and you may wear socks or be barefoot. The cost is $10 and includes a ball to take home with you to use on pressure points.
